Things have been a whirlwind down in the technology hub of the UK, Brighton, for us at Drum. Having launched our full web meeting solution at the end of September, we have over 1800 organisations using us for their online conferencing and web meetings. We have been voted as a top app with Slack and remain as a top app for the Slack button API. It is great being recognised by some of the world’s leading organisations and watching organisations switch their online conferencing application to us. But this, like anything, needs to be supported by the direct satisfaction of our users. As such, when we heard Drum had received a 99% user satisfaction result from the guys over at financesonline.com, we just had to say something.
We have recently been reviewed over at financeonline.com for their web conferencing category, something we will always welcome. Using a strict set of procedures, Drum was diligently put to the sword to understand its effectiveness for potential users whilst analysis existing customer satisfaction. Scoring a 99% customer satisfaction is cohesion with a rating of 8 out of 10 in their communications software category. We can’t help but point towards the release of our Zendesk help center as a contributing factor for this. In the process we were awarded the rising star trust seal. What’s more, Drum has been awarded the Finances Online trust seal for customer satisfaction. Whilst we are aware we are not the only solution to have received this, it is something we are proud of as this puts our solution on par with other top communication software services. To achieve the trust seal from Finances Online there are a set of strict criteria we are required to meet.
